Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) Policy

Purpose
Each eligible Theo Streak Art limited edition work is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to confirm provenance and edition details.
What the COA includes
A COA will typically include:

Artwork title
-
Edition size (e.g., 6 total)

Edition number (e.g., 2/6)
-
Format/specification (print type, paper, dimensions)

Year of release
-
Signature confirmation (where stated)

When a COA is provided

COAs are provided only for works where the product page states a COA is included.

COAs are usually shipped with the artwork or included in the packaging.
Replacement COAs
Because COAs support provenance, we treat replacements carefully:

If you believe your COA is missing or damaged on arrival, notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Replacement COAs may require verification (order number, buyer identity, proof of purchase).

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement where fraud is suspected or where we cannot verify provenance.
Transfer / resale
If you resell the artwork, we recommend transferring the COA to the new owner. We do not guarantee re-issuance of COAs for secondary market sales.
Misuse
Altering, copying, or misrepresenting a COA may be treated as fraud and could lead to legal action.
